Canadian Grandparents in Bath

For my birthday weekend my parents surprised me with a visit. It was nice to see them again, lovely for them to get to spend more time with Sophie and we had a fab visit to Bath.

Cushty's Puppy

Our friend, Mr Cush, has just bought himself a puppy. It's a very cute puppy and in a bid to try to get me to agree to us buying a puppy Stephen took us to visit Mr Cush's little spaniel Dixie. Dixie is extremely adorable and Sophie just loved galloping around with her. The two of them teased, chased and kissed each other in an over-excited frenzy while the rest of us looked on and laughed.

A very cute puppy and a very good effort Stephen, but no. We can't get a puppy yet... maybe if we move back to Canada....... ;)

Cricket

This summer Stephen has played a bit more cricket than in recent years and most game days have been so lovely that Sophie and I have tagged along to cheer on our fav cricket star. Tomorrow is the playoff for their team so fingers crossed the weather will hold out long enough to make cheering an attractive sport!
