The weather has been terrible the last few days making it quite difficult to get out. In Canada you can always go to the mall to get out of the house whilst keeping dry, but there are very few indoor malls here. So yesterday Sophie and I took a field trip to Basingstoke, a 40 min drive away, to get out of the house at 11.30 as she had been crying non-stop since waking up in the morning.

Sorry, we're not there anymore to walk her up and down. Invite your 'new Mum" friends over - they are probably all in the same situation. Keep smiling and Sophie will too.
